Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me enough time to offer the slot to someone else who may be waiting for care.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged at the full session fee. This applies regardless of the reason, unless in cases of illness or emergency — please just get in touch.

As a small practice, I deeply appreciate your understanding. Protecting these boundaries helps me continue to offer thoughtful, sustainable care to everyone I work with.
