First Appointment | 75 mins | £70
Your first session is dedicated to understanding your health needs. I will ask you about your diet, sleep and take a full medical history. I will also ask to feel your pulse and look at your tongue.
We’ll take time to discuss your goals, review any relevant history, and outline how acupuncture may support your wellbeing.
You’ll have a longer consultation, a gentle treatment and the opportunity to ask me any questions about acupuncture.

Follow up Appointments | 60 mins | £60
Follow-up sessions focus on your ongoing progress and wellbeing. We’ll review how you’ve responded to previous sessions, address any new concerns, and adapt your plan to support your health.
Each session is an opportunity to refine your care and maintain the momentum of your journey.
Accommodations can be made to ensure your comfort and accessibility. You’ll have a shorter consultation and longer treatment. -
Appointment Bundle | Four sessions for £200
Acupuncture often works best as a course of care. To make ongoing treatment more accessible, I offer a 4-session bundle for £200. Each bundle is valid for six months from the date of purchase.
• Starter Bundle (for new patients):
First appointment (75 mins) plus three follow-up sessions (60 mins).
• Continuity Bundle (for existing patients):
Four follow-up sessions (60 mins each).
Whether it’s your first session or a follow-up, I will take time to listen closely, understand your story, and support you with personalised care.

Each appointment is tailored to you so please email me if you need any accessibility accommodations.
First appointment: 75mins
I will need to take a full medical history and mobility/pain review so your first appointment will include a longer consultation and gentle treatment.
Follow up appointment: 55mins
Appointments consist of a 15 minute consultation followed by a longer treatment. -
Acupuncture is generally safe and suitable for most people seeking support for a variety of health concerns. However, there are some situations where it may not be recommended or requires extra caution. For example, people who are very unwell, have certain blood disorders, or are at specific stages of pregnancy should discuss their situation before booking a session.
Your safety and wellbeing are my priority, so I always conduct a thorough assessment to ensure acupuncture is appropriate for you.

You don’t need to bring any medication with you but please do list all prescribed medication and supplements on your in-take forms. The results of any recent medical tests may also be helpful.

During your first appointment, I’ll ask about your health history, lifestyle, and any current concerns.
I will ask about your sleep, appetite, how your digestion is, how often you exercise, how your mental health is and if you take any medication.
I also need to check if you are undergoing any medical treatment, and may ask you about your family medical history.
Some questions may be repeated during each consultation so we can monitor your progress.
I’ll also discuss your wellbeing goals and what you hope to get from acupuncture. This helps me create a personalised plan for your care.
You’re welcome to take notes or ask questions at any time - there’s no rush, and everything is confidential.

These fees reflect the time, research, and personalised care you receive, including tailored treatment and aftercare support.
Initial Consultation & Acupuncture (75 mins): £70
Follow-up Acupuncture (60 mins): £80
Discount bundles: £200 for four sessions.

I currently do not work with Private Healthcare providers.
Some insurers do offer some form of cover for acupuncture appointments - however please note that I am unable to provide invoices or supporting paperwork for reimbursement.

For all Appointments:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged at the full session fee.
For Bundle Appointments:Bundles are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Sessions must be used by the purchaser and are non-transferable.
Bundles are non-refundable; unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.
Standard appointment cancellation policy applies to all sessions within a bundle.

Needles are usually left in for 15–30 minutes, depending on your plan and how your body responds.
I will check in with you throughout the session, and you can let me know at any point if you feel uncomfortable or need a break.
Some people find this part so relaxing that they doze off for a few minutes.
The needles are all single use and around the same thickness as a strand of hair.
I will always explain where I would like to needle and we can make any changes or accommodations if needed.
